Within twenty minutes of speaking with Treston he sent through all the contacts I needed to get the house on the market (from lawyer to carpenter and stylist), and each of those contacts also provided excellent work. Treston proactively explained everything I needed to know and provided great advice every step of the way. He has a very dedicated and professional team alongside him that also demonstrated they were all across the campaign. The process and team ran like a well oiled machine, while still being very flexible to our individual situation and needs. We had lots of communication from the team throughout, and Treston was always available to answer questions that came up along the way. The open house sessions went smoothly with lots of interest generated, culminating in an exciting auction. Having now experienced what is involved in selling a home (without even including all the behind the scenes work done by the team) this is definitely not something I would attempt without an excellent agent with a great team.
