Trevor is a professional with kindness, he is outstanding and different because of his patience, persistence and the ability to make things happen in difficult situations. His excellent communication skills worked perfectly between the vendor and me as the buyer and made the whole purchase process comfortable and acceptable in a very HUMAN and transparent way. Highly recommend Trevor!
We couldn’t be more positive about our experience with Trevor. His knowledge of the area is exceptional along with his professionalism and attention to detail. He kept us informed and updated throughout the campaign and on auction day his experience and cool head no doubt influenced the many bidders and many (61) bids. Bravo Trevor and the Buxton Mentone team 😀
Trevor showed absolute professionalism through out the entire process and an honesty that we really appreciated. His genuine understanding of our situation, ability to adapt to the restrictions of Covid and overall organisation was impressive.
Trevor had great communication the whole way through. Pleased with a sale especially mid covid lockdown.
Thank you Trevor and Elin for the time you put in, your knowledge, experience and how thorough you both are is 100% They recommended also staging my unit and it came up well beyond my expectations I couldn’t of asked for a better result, so if your looking for a great team call Trevor or Elin
Trevor knows the golden triangle of Cheltenham like the back of his hand. Living in the area, he took a personal as well as professional interest in the sale of our property and has an extensive customer database. He listened to our marketing wishes and he and his assistant Elin had our property sold within days of being on the market in tough Covid conditions. We recommend him if you want to sell quickly in this area.
Trevor is a fantastic, knowledgeable agent who helped achieve selling our property at a terrific end result despite being in the middle of a pandemic! Our auction could no longer go ahead due to increased restrictions that were placed in VIC resulting in a private sale. Trevor and Elin were quick to adapt to the situation at hand and I am overall very grateful for the extra commitment, guidance and positive support Trev was able to give during what was a difficult time. Thanks again! Tracey
Trev helped us sell nice and quickly. Was great working with him and always super responsive and attentive.

Trevor exuded professionalism and a wealth of knowledge on the local area, this gave us the confidence to list our property for sale with him. Trevor displayed a genuine interest in our family needs, then developed marketing strategies taking our situation into account. Trevor and Elin Stuart guided us through the sale process and sold our home for the advertised price within 24 hours of being on the market. They have been a delight to work with. Thankyou from the Dowell family.
