From day one Trevor was genuine, honest, and respectful. We appreciated his personal relaxed approach rather than a process driven campaign. Equally as impressive is the support of Elin who is meticulous in administering the details of the campaign. Elin is incredibly efficient and did not miss any little detail which made the process smooth and enjoyable for us. Elin and Trev are a formidable team. We needed some building restoration and maintenance done prior to the campaign and Trevor had very reasonable quotes done within 48 hours from a team of supporting trades people. This blew us away. Within 2 days we had an understanding of value and costs necessary to achieve the best outcome. During the campaign Trev tailored the communication to our requirements so we knew what was happening on a need to know basis. Trev was available if need be for both prospective purchasers and Vendors at all hours so no opportunity would be missed. After all this the proof is in the pudding and on the day Matt Cox handled the auction perfectly with a touch of humour and again a wealth of experience showed through in handling the various twists and turns an auction can take. We had multiple bidders and competition on the day due to a well managed, comprehensive campaign which resulted in a sale price in excess of $20,000 above similar properties sold within 2 weeks prior to ours.
