After approaching 3 other local real estate agents I chose Trevor Bowen from O'Briens because of the detailed comments he gave us at the initial meeting on ways to bring the property to its maximum potential. I believe we followed all his suggestions and it made a difference. Trevor detailed the complexities of the 3 levels of advertising to gain maximum interest in the property. Throughout the campaign Trevor reported on Open Inspections and any developments. He was contactable at all times. In my opinion Trevor is conservative in approach which at times was a little dampening and left me deflated. I also had to check all administrative elements throughout the campaign and picked up several obvious errors along the way. However the overall result has been very positive.
