I didn’t need to look any further for a real estate agent than Trevor Bowen as I knew I wouldn’t find any better. An honest, genuine professional who knows real estate like the back of his hand but also knows the local market and trends; information that is vital for both vendors but also for buyers. I have known Trevor for over 15 years and have always found him to be professional and polite. He doesn’t inflate expectations but is down to earth about the options available and gave me the information to assist me in my decisions. The auction was smooth and skilful.
