From the first appraisal meeting to the signing of the contract Trevor was professional and respectful, always replying to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He was very helpful regarding advice to prepare the property for sale and provided excellent marketing and sales advice that resulted in a contract after the first open house. Trevor is handy with a camera as you will see from the excellent photos used for marketing.
