Trevor helped the reviewer sell this property

Impressive assessment and negotiation skills.

Trevor was realistic in his appraisal of the property and easy to work with in seeking the best possible price. He was responsive to our concerns and helpful with worthwhile suggestions on presentation. He was also understanding that the sale of the home involved a number of executors and he also did well to accommodate challenging Covid restrictions. He has a professional manner and thankfully is a proven negotiator.
