This is the second time we have used Trevor Groves as our Agent, once as a buyer and once as a seller. On both occasions we found his Real Estate knowledge to be extremely good and his overall manner very professional. Specifically, in relation to our recent sale, Trevor kept us fully informed throughout the process and went out of his way to follow up with potential buyers. There were a number of 'hiccups' in the sale process (nothing to do with Trevor), but Trevor followed up on these for us which made things a lot easier for us. The sale outcome was very good and at all times Trevor was very open and honest. We found Trevor very easy to deal with. Unlike some agents that can be quite pushy, Trevor was very upfront, open and had a relaxed attitude. This approach made us quite comfortable with the whole sales process. The whole time Trevor was always a phone call away for any issues that popped up and would get back to us very quickly if he couldn't take the call.
