Trevor is a great agent with exceptional local area knowledge , he is very helpful and is always at hand to answer any questions you may have. He is very professional and a gentleman. Buying or selling is a stressful time and good communications is a must and is what you get from Trevor.

I met Trevor casually while he was delivering some calendars in our street. I quickly felt comfortable chatting with him. When it came time to consider selling our house, I immediately thought of Trevor and how easy it was to relate to him. You want your agent to connect with buyers, and I knew this is something Trevor would excel at. We met with him months before we intended to put our house on the market. We sought his opinion on changes we could make around the property to improve our value and chances of a quick sale. He was very helpful (he's even written a book on the subject!) and by the time we put our house on the market it presented very well. Just before we went to market we had a son, named James for James Bond. Trevor filmed a property video as James Bond! It was such a great video - and reached thousands on social media! I don't know of any other agent who would personalise a video the way he did. We had many positive comments on both the property and the video. The house was marketed for two weeks online and in the papers, prior to a property launch. Trevor was supported by a team of people to make sure all potential buyers were reached at the launch. We received offers that first day! By Saturday evening Trevor had negotiated with the top bidder to offer the amount we were looking for (and more!). This is on a weekend in June 2017 that was very slow, with other properties in the area only getting one or two groups through. Trevor is warm, friendly, passionate and professional. He worked so hard at marketing our property, that regardless of the result on the day I knew we had signed up with the right agent for the job.
