Trevor was a very helpful and kind agent. He was very professional, thoughtful and had a great personality. Southlands Estate Agents were always happy to meet with us if we had any questions, they were happy to work with our family needs and gave us feedback about the actual enquiries on our property and the possibilities associated with the sale of our home based on these. Trevor was friendly to the kids, patted our dog happily and understood what was needed to sell our home. We followed his suggestions and completed a few minor changes that helped our home look great and attractive for selling. This allowed us to get the maximum price for a small time and monetary investment from our part. ( We did some painting, upgraded our main bathroom and fixed up the gardens.) When I was in hospital, Trevor came and brought papers for me to sign and dropped them off for us. He would do anything that he could to assist anyone when selling their home.
