I am writing to express my complete satisfaction and thanks to Trevor Ive for the successful sale of my acreage property in Bargo. It was sold after the first open inspection with a fantastic result. Trevor was great to deal with. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done prior to sale. I am out of the area and he was able to arrange things to be done on my behalf. I had a price range in mind, Trevor suggested a higher start point and was confident he would get a better result. The price I sold for was well in excess of what I would have accepted.
