Trevor managed to find a buyer within a time frame of just under a month. The settlement was due on Thursday 29 November but the developers allowed 14 days to finalise payments. The buyer managed to borrow from the bank and settled 5 days after the due date. The required documents arrived in time in the morning for the 2pm exchange. It was a precarious situation. Well done Trevor!
