Trevor was so easy to work with. He came over with a contract for us at 5.30 on a Friday night then rushed over to the owners house 25 minutes away with our offer, got an answer and drove back to us with the counter offer that night! It was all signed and done by 7.30pm Friday. Then the paperwork was a breeze the following week.
