It's almost three weeks since I settled. The process has been so torturous I still have to pinch myself about the fact that I actually own this property. From first enquiry, then first offer to settlement has taken six months! This vendor would have to be one of the trickiest the industry has seen. He simply disappeared for days and weeks at a time. There were times when I wanted to walk away. But under all the tension and frustration, there was Trevor, smoothing the way as best he could. He reassured me when he could but never over-promised. He was realistic and patient and supportive. He responded to all my communication promptly and fully and initiated contact when necessary. A property purchase is not a small event and this one was particularly troublesome. I can only thank Trevor for his good humour and his diplomacy (on all sides from what I can gather). He clearly knows the in's and out's of real estate transactions and keeps a level head. In a straight forward transaction, most agents fair well, but this one shows that Trevor's head pops above the crowd. Thank you Mr Manteufel

We have purchased and sold several properties through Trevor since 2008. He is very open, knowledgeable and realistic of the market at the time. Our recent sale by Trevor was amazing...we always get other agents to come in and give us an appraisal before always going through Trevor. In the current market many agents tried to undersell the value of our home to get a sale. Trevor advised us what to list the property for and he exceeded our expectations. The home was under contract within 4 weeks. Trevor's knowledge and experience really stands out in today's market and he can get real market value, not just a sale. Having been on both sides of the market with Trevor we know that he is going to represent our home with honesty, authenticity and treat both sides of the sale with genuine care. Would not recommend anyone other than Trevor. His sales history and industry knowledge of the Toowoomba market is superb. I always know the sale of my home is always in good hands with Trevor.
