My sisters and I were looking for an agent to sell our late parents home. Trevor said to give him a week to see if he could get a result in our price range. Immediately Trevor started his marketing plan, taking notes of the property, taking photos of the residence and garden and contacting prospective clients from his data base. Trevor organised a couple of open inspections and managed to get a couple of offers unfortunately below our price range. Trevor said he would work on the clients to achieve a better result. A couple of days later one client made an acceptable offer, which we accepted. To his word the contract was drawn up within the seven days.
