Being from Melbourne and looking for a home in the Sunshine Coast had its challenges. I recent returned to the market to purchase a waterfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Soon after I had made contact with Trevor (in fact whilst we were speaking on the phone) as I followed up on a property he had listed, he quickly retrieved my details and those of prior properties I had looked at. His info included details of attributes, sale dates, prices & so on. It was impressive.
