Trevor without a doubt lives up to his reputation as being a a first class agent who goes above and beyond to achieve exceptional results. He was honest and open in all of his communications and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't recommend him more!
Trevor was so helpful right from the word go. He has great industry knowledge and knew the right people to get me in contact with to get the property ready for sale. He was always cool, calm and collected and super organised and on the ball. He has great techniques and really will go above and beyond for all his clients. Highly recommend him and I wouldn’t say that lightly!
Finding an agent that you can trust is hard and Trevor prides himself on that. He was open and honest with us throughout the sale of our property and stayed consistent and true to his word throughout. Very reliable - I highly recommend!
Trevor was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire campaign. He kept me well informed about all prospective buyers, and I always felt he gave me honest information in all of our dealings. We ended up with a successful auction in a rather tentative market. Very happy with the sale price and with Trevor's handling of the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trevor to other sellers and buyers.
I have very much enjoyed dealing with Trevor. I inspected many properties handled by him before purchasing and he was always friendly and helpful. He had a good knowledge of the market which he was happy to share and he was great to communicate with, not least because of his lovely Irish accent! He kept in touch without pressuring us and was always prompt with replies to any queries.
Can’t talk highly enough of Trevor. In a challenging market, he never waivered and got a great sale done. Knows the lower north shore, in particularly Cammeray, so well. Fantastic communicator and easy to deal with!
Trevor has been very helpful and professional during our purchase process. We are very happy with our purchase and really enjoyed the process being led by him. Well done and hope to deal again in the future!
Trevor was fantastic throughout the entire process. We were very impressed with his approach to the Vendor and Buyer as well as over and above support. He was able to adapt the strategy and communication for the buyers and market to achieve the best outcome for us. We would highly recommend Trevor to any vendor. James & Jo
Always available when needed even out of hours, and easy to communicate with. Made the purchase process easy.
Trevor has the right balance of sharp commercial acumen and trustworthiness. He kept me very well informed at every step of the process. There was nothing casual about his approach. He developed a strategy tailored for the sale of my property and was able to change tactics in response to what was happening in the market as the campaign progressed. He also appears to have a good ability to read the motivations of the buyers, and is very savvy in his use of the online resources available to him. Would definitely recommend Trevor and would use him again.
Trevor was very professional in all our dealings. He knows Cammeray exceptionally well and really worked hard with us. It was a pleasure buying from Trevor.
Trevor's local knowledge of available buyers in the sale of out property was critical in achieving the speed and value of the sale amount achieved. Highly recommend to other property owners in the lower north shore
