We recently bought and sold with Trevor and found him very professional, efficient and pro-active. Communication with Trevor as well as his colleagues Aris and Lisa was very easy and we always got a quick reply. The team even worked outside of hours on a Friday night to help finalise the sale. We required access to the property we'd purchased a couple of times and these requests were handled with no issues. We'd certainly recommend buying or selling with Trevor and his team.

I met Trevor 10 years ago when I purchased my apartment in Cammeray. Trevor is an outstanding realestate agent and a genuinely nice person. When I decided to sell my property this year Trevor & his team were the only ones I wanted to do this. The whole experience was excellent. Trevor’s professionalism and communication were second to done, I felt he always had my best interests in mind and wanted the best result for me. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding, there is a reason he has received so many accolades in his profession as he really is the best agent in the area. I couldn’t recommend Trevor and his team at Aurora more highly.

Trevor is an incredibly knowledgeable agent that has helped me throughout my property journey. He has always been professional and really understands the market to give you reliable advice. Highly recommended!

Trevor and his team were excellent in a changing market and upfront advice & strategy early on secured a sale that we were happy with. Great job!

I had never sold a property before and was quite apprehensive about the whole exercise . I engaged Trevor because I felt in our early discussions , that he was straightforward and open with what to expect along the way and coupled with his friendly reassuring manner , I would be in safe hands . Trevor in fact far exceeded my expectations ; he provided support and guidance throughout the process and comprehensive answers to all my questions. Trevor’s professionalism , consultative approach and extensive knowledge of current local market conditions resulted in an outstanding result . I would not hesitate to recommend Trevor to anyone searching for a professional agent who is able to communicate well and achieve a great result for all parties.

Trevor is always available and helpful, his advice is accurate and he works hard for the vendor. I recommend him to anyone selling a property in or around Cammeray.

Although we were using Aurora property for our rental, Trevor was professional & the advice that he gave us was truthful & honest. His approach to the sale was directed & communication provided was clear. He made what seemed like a stressful & difficult situation to me, easily manageable & the guidance that he provided was perfect to achieve our result. Trevor also coordinated trades to perform some basic works, as we were selling from interstate. The process was smooth from the time that we made the decision to engage his services for the sale, all the way through until settlement. Trevor thought of everything, even a peace offering for our tenants for all their hard work in presenting the property for sale, during their tenancy. Thanks Trevor for your dedication to our sale & truthful advice right from the start.

Trevor was excellent to work with and knows the lower north shore property market very well. He helped us through the entire process right from initial discussions when we were considering seling, all the through to the final sale. He was always helpful, realistic and clear with his advice, particularly during the important final few days of the sale process. He is very professional and also worked around the different time zones given we were overseas during the sale. I would be happy to recommend Trevor.

We have bought and sold quite a number of properties over the years and we would regard Trevor as one of the best agents we've ever engaged. He was very professional and had a nice, calm demeanour so communicating with him was very straightforward. No hesitation in recommending Trevor and his team to anyone selling on the lower North Shore. David and Chris

Trevor, was great to work with and kept me informed all the way through and gave me advice when I requested it. Trevor said it was their mission to make selling my property an enjoyable and safe experience and that was exactly what he and his colleague deivered. I absolutely recommend working with this team and I'm very glad I did.

Trevor and Aris are a fantastic team. They provide a professional service, produced an effective campaign with a high level of customer service.

From the moment I approached Trevor to sell my apartment, he demonstrated his excellent knowledge of the market and set out a very clear plan for sale. From a meeting at the property before the property was on the market to talking me through the details of the campaign and then executing the plan, Trevor was extremely professional. I was regularly updated with a call followed by a written report after each open for inspection and was given an honest assessment of where the interest in the property was sitting. In the week before the auction, he clearly laid out the alternatives available to me and and I decided to accept a pre-auction offer. I would highly recommend Trevor and his team to any prospective sellers of property in the Willoughby area.
