Sarah Browne and Trevor Richardson make a great team. Sarah made sure we were ready for market, engaging the tradespeople and technicians we needed, all within a tight timeline. She co-ordinated the marketing, keeping the costs reasonable, and was responsive and excited by our suggestions, such as drone shots. Trevor took the helm when the property “went live” and was a pleasure to work with. He is genuine, understanding and patient, willing to explain the process to us in detail. He would set out the options available to us at various stages in a balanced manner, never pressuring us in any direction. Yet he did not shy from stating specific figures when pressed when it came to setting a price guide and reserve. Trevor manages to walk the fine line of putting his client, the vendor, first whilst caring also for the wants and needs of prospective purchasers.
