Tricia is very easy to talk to and understand your needs and suggested the best way to sell my house (furnished) which looked terrific in the photos and was a huge selling point..... Our property manager recommended Tricia and this was the best decision of the selling process! Tricia was amazing. She was motivated and informative but never made us feel pressured into a decision. She was upfront about costs and gave excellent and realistic advice about what was necessary. Once we started working with her, we’d accepted an offer we were very happy with within a number of days. We were long distance and Tricia was flexible and able to work with us over email and phone in a way that made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands. Her communication was unbeatable. Could not recommend Tricia enough!
