Trina contacted me when i purchased the property to tell me that the vendors wanted to rent the property back from me, we negotiated the rent and she arranged an inspection for me. A couple of days prior to settlement i chased her to find out whether she had arranged a tenancy agreement with the vendors, she told me they were moving out. Regardless of the reasons, it left me on the back foot as i am based in NZ and had to start the process of finding a property management to find a tenant and manage the tenancy Nearly one month later the house is still empty and it annoys me that i was given so little time to sort it out prior to settlement The first question is would i recommend Trina, my answer is neutral she has a bubbly personality but needs to work on her communication with her clients, but i gave her a pass
