We found Trish to be forthright yet very understanding of our circumstances and was always confident that she could get us the price we wanted for our house. She had feelings for our situation and was kind and helpful at all times. I was told by a friend that we should go with Trish as she has "a heart" and is just not a salesman and we proved that fact to be very very true.
