A big thank you to Trish for all her hard work in securing our house in 7 days! The house we were looking to purchase was under offer already and Trish let us make an offer and then everything went full steam ahead to exchange contracts first. Trish is a very hard working individual and we were lucky that she was the agent for this house. Trish would answer my calls and texts on her days off as she knew this was a tedious, timely project. She made myself and my partner feel at ease. It was a stressful time but Trish was more than happy to work with our bank and solicitor which made the process even smoother!
