We engaged Trish to sell our home in Niddrie an area she doesn’t normally cover and we’d use her again anytime. From the beginning of the process she had exceptional communication, always returning phone calls and keeping us up to speed with our campaign every step of the way. We were tossing up between a local agent and Trish and at the time decided to go with the local agent as we felt a loyalty to him as we’d engaged him first. When we let Trish down, she told us we could still call her anytime and ask advice if we ever needed, she was genuine and we felt she really cared. We thought to ourselves , “if she’s offering this level of service and she’s not our agent, imagine what she’ll do if she is! “ With that we hadn’t let the other agent know yet and decided to choose Trish. We are glad we did. She is the hardest working and the most proactive agent you will find. She won’t leave a stone unturned when it comes to selling your house and she does it with such professionalism and enthusiasm. She doesn’t over promise and will be upfront the whole way.
