I had a good experience with Trish. I was given all information prior to selling which helped me make an informed decision in choosing her to sell my home. I was consulted about advertising and days and times to open house and these worked in with my family. Having a few opens close together helped with a fast sale and Trish was able to expediate the offers and obtain a signed contract within a couple of days.
