Trish is a lovely person, warm friendly and has come across as a very easy going and approachable person. She is very prompt with her responses and acts immediately. The house sale of 23 Delwood Place went smoothly and Trish made it easy on me especially because I was on my own with my husband being overseas. She even gave me assistance with Structural and termite inspection. I would be more than happy to go with Trish or even recommend her to any of my friends.

We are locals to Rossmoyne and Shelley and have an ongoing history with Morgan Realestate for all of our realestate needs. Trish was instrumental in 2015 selling an investment property for us in Armadale and again this year selling our unit in shelley in a very difficult market. We sold in a depressed market in June 2016. However, Trish sold our rental property within a week by: 1. Advertising in an attractive way, emphasising the features which we thought would create interest to particular buyers. 2. Following up every potential buyer's enquiry" on the spot," including opening the property for individual viewing. 3. Persevering with the ultimate buyer over a long discussion and successfully obtained our asking price, which appeared in excess of the estimated market price for the time . Trish also kept us up to date with negotiations and how potential buyers regarded the property. This gave us confidence in an ultimate sale. Finally, We had confidence in Trish who could call on all the required resources from the estate agency J. Hayes/Morgans which we had used from 1995 when we bought the property.

Trish was very helpful and set a realistic price that enables us to sell the house quickly. As usual we would have liked a higher price but the market dictates the real price. Trish was very good at keeping us informed on the progress of the sale. A good experience.
