The house sold before the week was out, so we were very excited, then cooling off period was over, and the buyer was not able to get finance. This was devastating for all. Trish contacted a couple of buyers that had put in offers prior. Trish negotiated again and within a couple of days the house was sold again. The new buyer agreed to the same terms of the 1st buyer, so the settlement date was still the original one.
