We entered into the sale with much trepidation and a lack of understanding of the process. We did however know what makes good customer service and had expectations that who we used should be able to guide us through the process, be shrewd and skilled enough to maximise the outcome, and have excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. After all, if your agent can’t build genuine report with you, how are they going to go with prospective buyers? The latter was critical for us. We evaluated and met with three real estate agents before choosing Trish Mulcahy from Chisholm and Gamon. We chose Trish because she seemed the most excited about selling our property and clearly had vast experience in the real estate market. I knew immediately that we had made the right decision. Trish was involved from the minute we signed. She provided us with advice on how best to present our property and worked closely with the stylist and the photographer. She was very open and honest, worked extremely hard throughout the campaign and kept us constantly informed of who had inspected our property.
