Extremely helpful and cooperative

Working with Trish, I could immediately sense that she is very knowledgeable with her market knowledge about selling properties and she conducts herself in an extremely professional manner. When she presented me with different buyer contracts for our house she would take the time to explain the benefits and differences between each offer .This was a much more helpful experience than someone who would simply send the different contract offers through and say "here are your offers" which I have experienced previously with other agents. On top of this she had also fairly negotiated with the buyers to make sure we could sell our house for a price that is fair and we would be satisfied with Additionally, if there were any problems that I had with the buyer, she would go above and beyond to help to solve the issue making sure both sides were satisfied. If I were to have another house to sell again, I would not hesitate to have Trish help me again. I would highly recommend Trish to anyone who is needing any help or advice on selling properties.
