Trish showed a genuine interest in my desire to find a new home following my recent retirement. Trish at all times remained committed and professional throughout our sale. We listed with her due to her reputation and even though our sale took a very long time, Trish remained focused on our emotional well being. She worked with us through a failed contract (due simply to buyer inability to gain finance approval) and then with an unfortunately drawn-out contract, again with the buyer having initial difficulty with their own bank, it was Trish, working with the buyer, that found alternatives for them to secure their dream - being our property. I would recommend Trish very highly - especially if you have a "difficult" property to sell !
