HI my studio was placed in a depressed market and sold for 570.000. One roof estimate was 499,000 to 610,000. Therefore Trish got 10,000 above what would have been the medium price of 560.000. It was a reluctant sale but I am pleased with Trish's advise and the sale achieved.
