Great Agent

I chose Tristan over several other agents because I thought that he came across as genuine, warm, personable and above all, honest. That is exactly what I got. I have no doubt that Tristan came across the same way to the prospective buyers and found that his communication was exemplary as he kept me informed throughout the whole sale process. There was no 'BS' or funny business with Tristan and in the end we achieved a good quick result. As a general note to any vendors with any agent, if you agree to choose an auction as your sale approach, I would recommend that you ask that ALL offers be welcome and passed on to you prior to auction to give you an early indication of your true market value and to not be left wondering what 'might have been' outside of the auction arrangement. Tristan got my property sold at the first auction and his little pressies after were a welcome surprise. Thanks Tristan!
