This would have to have been the easiest sale imaginable. We seriously didn’t need to lift a finger. The house had tenants in it and Tristan and his team not only looked after us with the sale, which had the 2nd highest views in Qld for the weekend and also was sold at the first open home, but he also went far and above with all the work he put in to finding a new place for the tenants, and making sure the sale went smoothly.
