The first aspect that struck me about Tristan was his positive 'can do' attitude. These qualities were at the forefront throughout the whole process. I was extremely impressed with his market knowledge and his view on market drivers. I doubted that he would get the price he claimed. I was wrong. And the sale was achieved before the property was even officially put on the market.
