Tristan and his team definitely went the extra mile to get me my sale. Initially, it took me a while to get my head around Tristan’s individual selling style and I was struggling to understand his advice. His “process” of selling is very different to other agents I have experienced in the past (although it is a few years since my previous sale). But a good end result is what every seller wants. Any setbacks or hiccups and he is straight back on the case – no negativity, just sheer optimism and determination to get the sale. I wish I had half of Tristan’s energy and enthusiasm – he makes himself available practically 24/7. Even during a family crisis he had his staff texting me on what was happening. I was always updated immediately throughout the process, and if I had to call Tristan, and for some reason he was busy, he would text immediately and tell me he’d call back at a certain time which he did practically to the minute. He doesn’t waste time on giving you feedback on your property’s features and giving details of every single viewing (which can often be very demoralising if negative), instead he just concentrates on matching the right buyer to your house and getting things moving quickly. In this era, time is of the essence. Too long on the market and your property gets the ‘stale’ tag and buyers tend to think (mostly incorrectly) there is something wrong with the property. It also relieves the stress on the seller - I only had to do 3 open days, vastly different to the experience of many of my friends with large properties. Tristan understands this, and he and his team work hard, fast and furious. I would liken Tristan to a bull terrier - he doesn’t let go till the sale is stitched up.
