About Tristan

Tristan’s greatest attribute is in making each of his clients feel at ease and exhibiting his always positive demeanour and ‘can do’ attitude. When representing his clients, Tristan continually maintains the highest ethical standards, which makes him popular with buyers and sellers alike. For Tristan, he views his clients’ homes as his homes fuelling his hunger to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved. Educated at St Margaret Mary’s Primary School in Spotswood and St Kevins College Toorak, Tristan then went on to study within the American College system, whilst playing competitive NCAA Lacrosse. Upon his return he pursued his love of real estate that had already surrounded him throughout his whole life. With a career spanning almost two decades, Tristan was mentored by Renzo Tomasino, not only a very successful estate agent within the Inner-West of some 35 years, but also his father. ‘Being mentored by my father was the hardest, yet best way to progress to where I currently am in the industry. He treated me like any other employee and I had to work hard, long hours, constantly learning that the way we treat a client and the manner in which we achieve exceptional prices go hand in hand’. Growing up and still residing in Yarraville, Tristan’s intimate knowledge of the market, amenities and community come to the fore when demonstrating to buyers the many unique reasons for purchasing in the area. His passion for the Inner West’s neighbourhoods, cultural diversity and demographic has given him a unique, and truly local perspective of the area. Over the years, he has been involved with the Footscray and Williamstown Lacrosse Clubs, Yarraville Glory SC, Yarraville Tennis Club and Westside Netball Club. The mad Collingwood supporter and avid foodie can also be spotted with his wife, Eliza, in many of the Inner West’s lively hotspots from their favourite pho joint in Braybrook, or Vietnamese bakery in Footscray, to the many coffee shops and cafes throughout Seddon and Yarraville. Never taking the Inner West lifestyle for granted, the neighbourhoods are perfect for his young family to thrive, often venturing to Yarraville Gardens, Cruickshank Park and Williamstown Beach with Eliza, their boys Sonny and Raff, and their chocolate Lab, Lenni.

A good communicator and is super motivated
