Tristan was always professional, helpful, and knowledgable. He kept all his appointments with us at the home we purchased. He was always smartly dressed. He also gave us extra information on how to engage a building inspector, and was knowledgable about the termite system in use at the home we purchased. He kept in touch with the vendor, and passed on information to us in a timely manner.

Tristian was able to sell my mothers house during a pandemic and liaising with me in Melbourne at the same time. Difficult times to sell but Tristan was independent and got on with the job and kept us informed through the process whilst including my mother in all the details.
