I have only dealt with Troy on the day of the sale briefly and post sale. I really can not comment on some of the criteria above as I have not had the interaction on that level. However, post sale Troy has been very respectful and a good communicator. I feel that Troy carries out his role competently and would suggest he complements Stuart Buckingham in his role.
