Great experience

We met Troy when our Daughter and Son in law sold their unit, they were very pleased with the result. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and service and follow up that Troy provided at this time. We mentioned we would be downsizing in the future, where and what we were looking to buy. Over the next 12 months we received follow up text messages from Troy with suggested properties that fit our brief, and market updates. His emails were often the first notification we received of properties on the market in our target area, much quicker than the agents who listed the properties and to our brief in comparison to the actual selling agents who couldn't seem to remember what we were looking for... often despite meeting us many times at open houses. The sceptic in me was sick of hearing " We will ring you back if we have anything like what you are looking for" very rarely happened. So when we were bidding on a property that Troy had alerted us to, it was time to "get serious" We called Troy, 5 days later our property SOLD off market at a price we were happy with. Troy has continued to offer advice and information after the sale and has assisted us as we secured a new home in our target area. I could not recommend Troy highly enough for his follow up and his sales techniques. Honest and a pleasure to business with
