Great agent in a tough market

From the day we met Troy we were impressed with his confidence. Troy was a breath of fresh air after having had an unplease experience with another agent. Troy was honest with us from the on-set and did not set any unrealistic expectations in what is a very tought and unpredictable market. One of Troy's best characterists was his ability to organise private viewings; almost weekly we had requests to come and see the house from people who may have not even conidered the area. His abiltiy to network paid off; one of the private viewings led to the sale within a week of the viewing. Troy was always accessible and quick to complete any follow up that we requested. Troy did not stop at the sale, he also played an active role in the negotiation processes to ensure that we were satified by the outcome, sometimes doing things that were not expected in his role as the agent. In what is a falling market Troy was able to get us a sale $15,000 more than our original agent.
