Troy helped the reviewer sell this property

Troy was very professional and produced a great result in a very short time.

This sale was a "slow burn" as it took me 9 months to decide to sell. During that time, Troy was happy to provide me with updated market information & property valuations to help my decision process. When it came to sale time, Troy managed our expectations very well and produced a great outcome for the sale. He kept us fully informed during the week it took to sell the property & the contract process was handled by Troy and his team efficiently. Needless to say but we are very happy with Troy's performance.
