Troy Do has a Can Do Attitude! Troy's Real Estate career started at the University of Western Sydney studying for a Business Property Economics Degree. He has put his enthusiasm and energy into residential and commercial sales and rentals in the local area for over 12 years. His friendly personality and professional approach has proven most effective in establishing an acceptable level of confidence and trust with clients from initial contact. Troy has distinguished himself by providing unparalleled customer service, and earned a reputation for achieving excellent results. Although a real estate career consumes so much time when Troy has a spare moment he loves to travel and has recently enjoyed most of Europe and a large part of Asia, he is now planning an exciting trip to the US. Troy certainly believes in "Healthy Body, Healthy Mind" Troy stays fit with kick boxing and martial arts and when time permits he is in the gym. Always studying and improving Troy finished his Real Estate Licensing and Auctioneering Courses in 2012 and is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Troy Do is also a registered NSW Justice of the Peace.

We engaged Troy to sell our investment property in Blacktown. He was also our property manager at the time and connected us with various tradespeople to carry out minor repair/cosmetic work required for the property before the sale. Troy gave us helpful advice in ensuring that we did not overcapitalise. During the sale process, Troy proactively gave us frequent updates and helped us achieve a sale price towards the upper end of his estimated selling price range.

Fantastic Communication and Results

We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the moment we sat down with Troy to discuss selling our family home we felt totally at ease and as our conversation progress we knew we had chosen the right man for the Job! Troy endured our decision to postpone the sale for four years and helped us lease the property in that time! Eventually the Sale went thru without a hitch and we achieved more than we had hoped for!
