Complete satisfaction

"I could not fault the quality of Troy's service in achieving the successful sale of our unit at Mermaid Beach. He developed a first-rate and cost-effective marketing plan and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process of marketing and auctioning the property. He also dealt efficiently with unexpected last-minute complications and so took away much of the stress of selling property at some distance from my own home. The whole process involved a great deal of trust in Troy's judgement which was fully justified. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to my friends."

Outstanding

Troy really knows his stuff and works really hard for a sale. He goes the extra mile and is working for you 24/7. His optimism and enthusiasm makes him a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend him.

Very happy with the outcome and the experience

"When we decided to sell our property on the beachfront at Bilinga, it was an easy decision to make regarding the agent we should use as we had seen his name on so many boards along the coastal strip, and most of the 'Sale' boards changed to 'Sold' in quite a short period of time. At no time did we regret our decision; Troy is a relaxed and happy person, and is exceptionally professional, answered any question without hesitation and was obviously successful. He is completely focussed on achieving the best outcome for his clients. He had a database of possible purchasers, both locally and interstate, who were interested in beachside properties, and we had a few inspections from people looking to move up here from Sydney. When we discussed our sale with Troy we agreed that it was best to auction the unit as it was difficult to ascertain the value. Troy arranged for the optimum exposure for the property prior to auction, through newspaper advertisements, flyers in letterboxes, Internet exposure and regular open homes over the 4 week period prior to auction date. Because of this exposure, we had 26 groups of people attend the open homes, and a lot of interest in the unit. Within less than 3 weeks from the date of initial marketing, with Troy's help, we sold the property for the highest possible price & achieved the outcome we wanted. Troy also arranged for the sale to take place under auction conditions - no cooling off period, so when we signed the contract we knew that it was finalised. Our confidence in Troy never wavered, he worked very hard for us, was always available and friendly, and we have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone on the coastal strip of the Gold Coast who is considering selling their property."
