great salesman knew everything i needed to know, had few issues with vendor with settlement also 4 weeks after moving in house got broken into and items stolen this issue i believe could of been solved if i got all keys for the house as i only got one key which only locked/unlocked the handle and not the deadlocks to the house, after settlement i was told by real estate that they were ging to try get the rest of the keys but still haven heard back other then that experience was okay

Troy was a gentleman to deal with. I ride a motorbike and the day was a scorcher when I looked at a property in Edgeworth. Troy witnessed I was heat affected and offered to take my coat and helmet while I walked through the property. I didn't buy that one but after a few more inspections I found the one I wanted. Troy assited me with an approximate market value which I had researched as well. advised me on how my first offer may go with the vendor and then assisted me with the ins and outs of my first property purchase. Jett also gave me some much needed advice when Troy was unavailable.I know salesmen do a job and do it to sell for the vendor but Troy and Jett really stepped up for me as well.
