We knew long before we put the house on the market that we were going to sell it with Troy. The process was faultless, he put us in touch with some designers that styled the house for us, he turned up for the first open home less than a week after a hip replacement and didn’t stop until we sold the place for full asking price, something we were not expecting to happen. I would recommend anyone selling with Troy, he works hard and is always contactable and doesn’t push you to do something you don’t want to do. If I were to sell again I would not hesitate in selling with Troy.
