From our first meeting with Troy to the final phone call to confirm that contracts had exchanged, we were constantly impressed with the professionalism and class he exuded. It became obvious that he has done this many times before and what would be complex to a lesser RE Agent was a breeze for Troy - experience certainly counts. His attention to detail in such important aspects as punctuality, presentation and patience was outstanding. He always did what he said he would. When the final and critical negotiation came, Troy held out for and achieved our desired price. He is also backed by staff who are motivated, well trained and know how to deal with customers.
