As first time sellers Troy made the entire process stress free. His communication and experience set him apart. It is easy to see why he is so popular, with his knowledge of the local market and the marketing material is on a whole different level. Troy managed to get us a lot more interest and most importantly more money than we were expecting. We also happened to buy the next property off Troy and the same experience but on the other side of the table. Once again communication and knowledge of the area filled us with confidence.
