The sales strategy was explained well and we were provided honest price guide expectations. I chose Troy as when comparing with other agents, the other provided pie in the sky sell prices that could not be backed up with any data and their sales strategy restricted potential buyers. Troy was actually at the open homes and did not send a junior agent on his behalf. He actively engaged with potential buyers and did a whole lot more than just stand out the front and collect names. The result was a significant number of groups view the property at the open homes. 6 different groups made offers and we are very happy with the final sale price all done in just over a week of listing.
