During the settlement date Troy was very helpful. I needed to get a drafts man to the property in order to get a head start on renovations, and I had no problems arranging this with Troy Holmes. The Bank manager of my financial institution also contacted Troy to arrange a property evaluation, and it was arranged immediately.

Being first time sellers, we expect that we have gone pretty close to doing everything wrong during the process. Luckily, we unknowingly stumbled across Troy & were on his radar as needing help. In hindsight, our entire agent selection process was flawed. Despite this, he remained engaged & willing to provide great advice & support. Our property wasn’t left in the greatest of condition by our tenants. Troy came & inspected the house & spent as long as I need to identify all the ‘pain points’ that should be our priorities for inspection. We weren’t confident of getting the proposed sale price given the state it was in. Troy took the time to find out what our reasons for selling where, what we wanted, what we needed & all the what’s, how’s & why’s in between. He kept our spirits up whilst we were spending every spare hour in Campbelltown cleaning the house. He reinforced our position in the current market & didn’t allow us to lose sight of what our needs & wants were. At no time was there any impression that it was about him & securing a sale ‘at any cost’. The end result of having engaged Troy (& his concerns about these lost first time sellers), was that we obtained our desired (& agent suggested) sale price. We can’t claim stress-free, as we were our & Troy’s worst enemies as stated above. Though Troy did do the best with what (who) he had to work with & managed the process clearly & plainly for us. Thanks to him & his clear marketing vision & process, we are where we wanted to be & are now able to move onto the next chapter of our life in a much more comfortable position. How do we thank Troy? There really is nothing we can say or do, other than tell everyone we know in our opinion he is the ‘go to man’ in Campbelltown. Would we do things differently next-time? Yep, we certainly would. We would engage Troy Holmes straight away & save ourselves a whole heap of time & hassles.
