Clear and honest communication

As a first home buyer I was a deer in the headlights when it came to the purchase process. Troy and his son held a very professional and high quality open house. Other agents would hover as you walked through which was very intimidating and distracting, Troy gave us space to view and an opportunity to approach with questions.
